Braxton Hicks, Lower back pain

Hi mommies, lower back pain really kills me this time and d ako mka higa kase maya-mya sumasakit sya tapos nag bbraxton hicks pa. May mucus plug ndin, is it a sign of near labour and or normal lang ba ito? 38weeks na po tyan ko, fisrt time mommy here. Need some advice, salamat
