Consuming Elpha jelly during breastfeeding

Hello all, any mommies incorporate Elpha Jelly into their daily intake while breastfeeding?

For slimming products, best recommend to take it after you stop. I didn’t take elpha but I took susenji instead, everytime I took, next day baby will diarrhoea instead of me pooping. I tried it thrice on different occasions to confirm 😂.

Thank you for sharing your experience! Cause my weight have been increasing while breastfeeding 😪 Don't wanna wait till it's too late you see. But after seeing your experience, I needa think about it again 😂
