First time mom and worried

Hello mommies. Im a first time mom. Currently at 12weeks pero no baby bump yet. I dont feel morning sickness and tender breast anymore unlike the past weeks. Im worrying if im still pregnant. Pero I had my transv last sept 12 and baby is absolutely fine with 149heart beat. Sad thing about the situation now is hindi ka agad agad makaka-schedule for checkup sa OB. I want to hear my baby’s heartbeat again :( Please enlighten me. Is it normal no baby bump yet and no more morning sickness at week 12?
