Honestly, I'd suggest asking sa your HMO directly kung sino ang accredited OBs nila in Marikina and San Mateo na may good reputation for gentle birth practices, a few of us moms got lucky asking the HMO hotline and they were super helpful. You can also check sa local mom groups in those areas, kasi sometimes the best recommendations come from moms who actually gave birth sa area na yun and had good experiences, hirap mag-search online lang talaga haha.
