Any advice?

Hi Mommies, I’m currently breastfeeding but my nipple getting sore & I noticed redness and kinda crack around it. I couldn’t pump or breastfeed my baby. It’s so painful. What should i do?

Use epsom salt and warm water. Massage and hand press your boobs. Use nipple cream and constantly apply till the crack and sore reduce.
