Fasting during pregnancy

Hi mommies. Im 7 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. Any suggestions or tips for fasting during pregnancy?

Kalau boleh xpayah lah puasa dulu.. Puasa dpt ganti sis.. 😊Lgipun msih 1st trimester..
