Hi mama! That's such a valid goal, and mas maraming doctors na open sa VBAC ngayon kaya good timing! I'd suggest asking your OB directly if they're VBAC-friendly, or reaching out to local mommy groups in Pampanga, a few of us have found na word-of-mouth from moms na nag-VBAC successfully in your area is super reliable para malaman kung sino yung supportive doctors at hospitals. Some hospitals have better VBAC success rates than others, so it's worth asking around! Definitely check with your doctor about your specific case since every pregnancy is different, especially with your previous CS, they'll know best kung kaya mo talaga.
