VBAC Doctor recommendation

Hi mommies! I'm on my 2nd baby and the 1st one was cs. Gusto ko sanang ma normal delivery on my 2nd pregnancy. Can you recommend a doctor/hospital na VBAC advocate? I'm from Pampanga po. Any info would help! Thank you!
