Restless at 12weeks

Hi mommies. Im at my 12weeks this week. Not the first pregnancy definitely but im sure i didnt feel this during my prev preg. Was tired almost everyday even when i got enough sleep. No mood nothing. Light headedness. Took my prenatal vit as usuals. Eat as per normal. I just wanted to lie down and scroll my phone thats all. 🥲 Any mommy also same like me? 🥲
