Waxing and Threading while pregnant?
Hi mommies! I’d like to ask if you were able to have your UA & legs waxed and do Eyebrow thread while u were pregnant? And if may med cert from OB Ayoko kasi magshave kasi makati yung tubo ng hair. Currently at 7 mos
Ay sis, I did both waxing and threading throughout my pregnancy kaya okay lang yan! The thing is, mas sensitive lang ang skin mo when you're pregnant, so make sure the salon is super clean at the aesthetician knows you're pregnant, some of us tell them first para ma-adjust nila ang pressure, lalo na sa underarm area na medyo sensitive. About the medical cert, honestly I didn't need one, pero if your OB wants to give you clearance to feel extra safe, go for it, walang masama doon, at least documented na approved ng doctor mo. Just avoid anything too harsh muna like chemical peels, but waxing and threading are usually fine, sis! The itching from regrowth is totally relatable, kaya yan talaga ang go-to ng maraming pregnant friends ko instead ng shaving.
