To work or not to work

Hello mommies, I work as a cook in a restaurant and i want to ask if it's safe to work 8 hours and no sitting down at all. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and my husband think that I shouldn't work during my 1st trimester. #pleasehelp

Think it would be good to bring up to your gynae and ask if it’s ok? If you have no symptoms and ultrasound all ok maybe it’s still ok..? for myself my gynae said no standing for too long and walking cos I had spotting.
