Ultrasound at 10 weeks

Hi mommies, I just went for my 10 weeks ultrasound and baby’s heartbeat is fine at 176bpm. However, when doctor is doing scan, my baby isn’t moving as much as those I saw on tiktok videos. Is that normal? Any of you mummies when did ultrasound at 10 weeks, baby sleeping too and not much movement?
