Possible Miscarriage

Hi mommies 🤗 I just wanna ask if what would your body feel if you have really undergone miscarriage. I'm just really worried. On my 7 weeks scan, they can see a gestational sac but no embryo found yet. I'm on my 8 weeks now and bleed for 5 days. I also got some old blood clots but not that much. My OB advised me to Bedrest but she told me also that I could possibly be miscarriaged. Please help.🙏 Thank you so much. #1stimemom #1stpregnnt #theasianparentph
