BODY MASSAGE

Hello mommies. I just wanna ask If Im allowed to go on a full body massage? I gave birth last JUNE 2020 under CSection. Ang sakit kase ng katawan ko, And parang gusto kong magpa-massage. Baka po may same case dito na nakausap ang mga OB’s nila. Thanks!

Not sure sa C section. Sakin ksi normal and hinilot ako ng 1 whole week after 1 month manganak
