superstitious beliefs

Mommies I need your opinions. First time mom kasi ako and I overheard about the superstitious beliefs na bawal daw maramdaman ng buntis ung lindol or else mabubugok daw si baby inside ur womb. I am a bit nervous and at the same time curious bcos yesterday may naganap na lindol tas naramdaman ko pa but I could feel my baby moving naman sa tiyan ko. Totoo ba ung kasabihan na yun? what should I do? Please mommies help me. Thanksss a lot ❤
