Too early to test pt

Hi mommies I need your opinion, I missed my period within 5 days today then my hubby urged me to take a test 4 days but the results are negative? does it mean I'm too early to take a pt test? Mommy please answer thank you.

ako 1day delayed pa lng gusto ko na magPT haha may iba kasi tlgang pakiramdam...pero nagPT ako prang after 10 days...unang ihi sa umaga mi...thank God positive
