is it period or bleeding

hi mommies, i had miscarriage on 9 mac n d&c on 10 mac... after 2 weeks bleeding stopped ready... again this month 10april start period /bleeding..im confuse tat is it period or bleeding coz yesterday my period just abit oni like drop but today morning until now just full 1 pad oni.. the color is red n when its dry its become brownies abit... anyone is experience like this?
