Colostrum, breast milk

Hi mommies, I just gave birth (naturally) on the 12/12 and I’m still only producing colostrum for the baby. Any suggestions how can I make milk kick in faster? Can’t help but starting to feel stress😰😰😰 #firstbaby

For 3 days if u are producing colstrum its normal. u don't need to worry. its actually very good for baby. In about a day u will definately get milk. if not then can ask lactation. They are the best help. Squeezing ur breast really hard can also help but it is little painful.

mine kicked in on the 3rd and 4th day when my baby was hospitalized due to jaundice and high fever. pls do not worry so much, your milk is regulating. just continue to latch :)
