Mild like period cramp back and lower abdomen 36 weeks 5 days

Hi mommies I feel mild period cramp at my lower abdomen and sometimes at my back but no contraction . I don’t usually feel this during pregnancy. Is that mean early labor? I also noticed increased discharge

Sayang, at 36 weeks plus dengan cramping + increased discharge, this needs checking dengan doctor asap, even if mild, better safe than sorry lah. Don't wait for contractions, just go get yourself checked out, okay? A few of my mum friends thought sama-sama je tapi turned out they needed monitoring. Jangan ambil risk, book an appointment hari ini or pergi clinic/hospital kalau terasa lebih intense. Better to be sure!
