Drugs during pregnancy!

Hi mommies! I am asking for a friend. She is 32 yrs old and she is having her 4th child this year. During her 3rd trimester she has been using drugs (meth to be exact) but she takes vitamins, do pre natals eat good. But she is now afraid of what will be the effect on her baby. The ultrasound result is good but she is worried about any deformities. Would it be possible? Thank you.
