missed drinking coffee

Hi mommies! Can I ask of I can drink a cup of coffee once a day. My OB told me a cup of coffee per day will do hahaha pero diko pa tinry kahit ngayon na nasa third tri nako. Im scared sa mga risks e. Thanks mommies!

Same here, momshie! When I found out na buntis ako, I stopped drinking coffee (I have history kasi ng premature baby). The day after I gave birth, as in pagkauwing pagkauwi from the hospital, I asked for coffee. Konting tiis na lang and you can drink coffee again. :)
