Some scar discomfort and that heavy feeling in early second pregnancy is quite common, a few mums I know went through the same thing around that stage, as the uterus starts stretching again right over the old scar tissue. The sharp pain can come from adhesions or just the scar being pulled as everything grows, and most doctors will say it's normal as long as it's not constant or getting worse.
