Mommies, how does your spouse support you when you're experiencing PMS?

Sad to say, my spouse doesn't consider PMS as something unusual for girls to be excused about feeling or doing something. haha To him, it's all the same. I just don't understand why he doesn't believe in the symptoms caused by PMS.
