No need to worry! Fenugreek, flax seeds and oatmeal are great milk boosters if you want grains. Seafoods are great galactagogues, too! I remember when I was in the hospital and I asked the lactation assistant, she said leafy vegetables may also help. And don't forget to drink lots of water. :)

Remember to eat healthy and to drink lots of soup! Get lots of rest as well. Those will help you get more milk aside from the galactagogues mentioned by Anne Marie. Also, latch, latch, latch!
