Buku Pink Klinik Swasta

Hi mommies! Ftm here. Saya 9weeks now and cadang nak bukak buku pink next week. Nak tanya, boleh ke bukak buku pink di klinik swasta? Ada issue ke nanti kalau tak bukak buku pink di KK? Saya bercadang nak bersalin di Hospital Sg Buloh (FPP). Saya currently duduk di KL dan akan berpindah ke Selangor next 2 months. Kalau bukak di KK, saya takut nanti ada issue kalau pindah checkup KK from KL to SEL. Lagipun suami saya susah cuti dan cuti untuk tahun ni dah habis (contract employee). Jadi saya fikir, bukak buku pink dan checkup di klinik swasta je mudah sebab boleh ikut masa kami (kami berdua kerja). Boleh je kan bukak di klinik swasta? Nanti checkup di klinik tu jugak je atau boleh ke klinik swasta lain? Thank you, mommies!

Hi mama, congrats on your pregnancy! Honestly, many of us have done the Buku Pink at private clinics and it works fine, the main thing is making sure your chosen clinic is registered and can liaise with Hospital Sg Buloh for your delivery, so the records follow you properly. A few of my friends switched between private clinics mid-pregnancy without issues, but best to confirm directly with Sg Buloh and your private clinic first whether they have the coordination system in place, especially since you're moving to Selangor soon, better safe than sorry with admin stuff! The flexibility of private is real (timing, not rushing), tapi I'd recommend confirming the handover process between your clinic and the hospital before you book in, just so everything runs smoothly on delivery day.
