Bad cramps but no bleeding at week 5-6

Hi mommies! FTM here. I’ve been having bad cramps for about a week and everyday 1-2 times (10-20 mins). No bleeding/colour discharge so far. Have yet to visit the doctor/gynae but called to schedule my first appt at week 7. Is this worrisome/normal or should I bring forward my appt? #firsttimemom

it may be your womb expanding for the growth of your baby, I had that cramp too. as long it's not unbearable and no obvious bleeding it should be okay :) drink more water and rest more:)

I've also experienced light cramps and heard it's normal as the womb is expanding. If too much to bear, I believe you should see your doctor for peace of mind.
