Postpartum bleeding at 3weeks

Hello mommies! FTM here, I gave birth last Nov18 via c section at exactly 38 weeks. Need advise po as per your experience, last week mjo nawala/humina na yung bleeding ko, I’m currently in 3weeks postpartum and then this past few days, biglang lumakas ulit yung bleeding ko with blood clots, madalas pag after ko umihi. Mama, I know it's scary lalo na FTM ka pa lang, but please call your OB or go to the hospital now para ma-check agad, increased bleeding with clots at 3 weeks postpartum needs professional eyes, especially after c-section. Hindi kami dapat mag-guess dito kasi it could be something na kailangan ng doctor to rule out right away. Sending you safe, healthy recovery thoughts!
