I understand the worry, lalo na FTM ka pa lang, pero honestly, at 18 weeks unlikely na yun ang mucus plug kasi that usually happens closer to labor, like third trimester na talaga, so what you're seeing is probably just normal pregnancy discharge na may stress factor (stress and physical exertion talaga can increase discharge). I'd still check with your OB just to give yourself peace of mind though, especially kung worried ka pa rin, para ma-confirm na baby is doing fine at lahat ay normal sa pregnancy mo, better safe than sorry diba, and doctors see this all the time!
