Aww first time mommy, congrats po! Honestly, the best advice I can give is to trust your instincts and don't stress too much about doing everything "perfectly", every baby is different anyway, kaya kung ano gumagana sa iba baka hindi sa inyo at vice versa. A few of us moms in my circle always say na the fourth trimester is real, so be kind to yourself, ask for help when you need it, and remember na survival mode is totally okay para sa first few months.
