First time mom

Hello mommies! First time mon here 🥰 I’m 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant po and advisable po ba na magkikilos during your first trimester? Since, hindi pa kasi kami magkasama ng partner ko in short nakakapagbukod for now and nirerenovate pa yung bahay na rerentahan namin, okay lang ba na ako muna yung kumikilos? or dapat bed rest lang po? and yung recent na tinitirhan ko kasi ngayon ay building apartment, nasa fourth floor ang nirerentahan ko and I have no choice kapag mamimili need ko talaga bumaba and akyat. okay lang ba na umaakyat and baba ako once a day or minsan thrice a week? Pa-advice naman po mga mommies, worried lang ako kasi first time mom here. Thank you in advance!

If hindi naman po kayo high risk pregnancy, doing the things that you are able to do before you got pregnant should be ok as long as you're not feeling any discomfort ☺️ Yung iba nga nakakapag-full marathon pa kahit buntis 😁 As always, better to consult your ob to be sure ☺️
