Im confused po. please need advice

Hello mommies, first time mom po ako to a baby girl. first weeks I was breastfeeding and pumping for 4-5 weeks postpartum, but now I am exclusive breastfeeding since then. Mag 12 weeks postpartum na ako this coming weekend. Ask ko lang po when usually bumabalik ang Menstrual cycle? Ganito kasi po after ko manganak, yung lochia bleeding lasted for abour 2-3 weeks postpartum. then I had yellowish/white discharges then until about around 5-6 weeks postpartum, I had bleeding again, parang regular flow, not heavy nor light. Not sure ako if Period ba talaga yun pero it lasted for a week like my usual period before I got pregnant. then yellowish/white discharge na or sometimes nothing till now. Me and hubby had our first postpartum sexual contact when I was 7weeks and 4days pp, then 2nd time was at 7weeks and 6days pp. then 3rd time just yesterday around 11 weeks postpartum. Nagtataka ako kasi its been over a month na po since that "one week bleeding" when I was around 5/6 weeks postpartum. totoo ba form of birth control ang breastfeeding? di po ako nag Family planning kasi. same tayo mi. nanganak ako December and ngkableeding for about a week tapos bumabalik pag masyado akong magalaw at maraming ginagawa. then by end sa January nagbleeding, di rin malakas but di din sya mahina compared sa bleeding ko nung December. i thought regla na sya since nagka cramps naman nako but Feb and hanggang ngayon, di naman na ako niregla. EBF din ako. (i took PT mga 1st or 2nd week this month negative naman) at nasearch ko . “Postpartum bleeding is normal for several weeks, up to 6 weeks. The bleeding may also be inconsistent. Just when you think it's done, you'll have another day of dark red bleeding." Baka ung na experience natin is di talaga menstruation kundi PP bleeding lng ksi normal dw un lalo nat nagheheal pa uterus natin. but in some cases, may iba din na agad bumabalik regla nila. might as well take PT. praning na ksi ako dahil ayaw ko pa din sundan agad si LO kaya napa PT ako 😅

Siguro nga mami dahil EBF tayo, Nag PT ako kanina and negative po. Ill try again next week for another test to be sure. and if negative again, magpa lagay ako contraceptive. Thank you ☺️

not 100% safe ang breastfeeding kasi depende sa hiyang ng katawan mo yun. may mga ebf na nireregla after 1-2months manganak.. dapat nagdamily planning kayo bago kayo nagsex ng paulit ulit kahit condom man lang kung ayaw mo talaga masundan. alam mo naman na any unprotected intercourse ay laging may chance mabuntis..

Hello mommy. Yun na nga po. I wished yung clinic kung saan ako nag pre-natal check at kung saan ako nanganak, I wished they asked me about family planning before ako nanganak. Saka ko nalaman na pwede i-discuss yun sa midwife/Ob after ko manganak. kaya it was a bit too late. and I thought na rin na saka na mag family planning after when the lochia bleeding is over. so far we used Withdrawal method kahit nag sesexual contact kami ng asawa ko. nag PT ako earlier and it was Negative po. pero I'll try again next week for another test to be sure. of negative again, doon ako magpa lagay family planning dito sa Heath center sa barangay namin. Thank you ☺️

hindi po form of birth control ang breastfeeding mommy. and yung period po kasi lalo na if ebf kapo is medyo matagal dumating, although may cases padin po na 4 week pp nagkakaroon na po
