Hey mama! That postpartum bleeding (lochia) usually tapers off between 4-6 weeks after delivery, so you're still pretty much in the normal window, especially with EBF, which can sometimes make it last a bit longer kasi ang uterus natin is still contracting. Since baby is only 23 days old, what you're experiencing sounds typical, but if the bleeding gets really heavy suddenly (soaking through a pad in an hour or so) or has a really strong smell, that's worth flagging to your OB just to be safe. For now, I'd say rest as much as you can, stay hydrated, and keep an eye on how you're feeling overall, dizziness or feeling faint would be worth mentioning too.
