Hi mummy, yes for myself especially when I sneeze, due to the pressure of the belly on the bladder. You can Google kegel exercises and do to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to prevent leakage. Otherwise you can also put on pantyliner and change when necessary to help with comfort.
