Eh I haven't tried Implanon myself actually, but a few of my mum friends are using it and they say it's quite convenient lah, just the one insertion and forget about it for three years, which is nice when you're busy with kids. One of them did say the first few months her period was a bit wonky, but it settled down after that. Definitely worth asking your gynae about it since everyone's body is different, they can advise you better on whether it suits your situation!
