Sayang, first of all, tarik nafas dulu ya, apa yang you rasa tu sangat normal, and you are definitely not alone in this. Ramai ibu-ibu yang pernah rasa exactly the same thing at 33 weeks, especially bila masih kerja and badan dah rasa sarat, so please jangan judge diri sendiri. What I've generally heard from mums who've been through this is that educating yourself about the birthing process, like what to expect during each stage of labour, actually helps a lot to calm that fear, because the unknown is usually what scares us most. It also helps to stay organised with a simple checklist for baby items so you don't feel like everything is hanging in the air; my own sister swears by this, she said just ticking off one or two things a day made her feel so much more in control. About your husband being too relaxed, maybe try showing him a specific task, bukan suruh dia faham everything at once, just one concrete thing he can help with, because sometimes husbands genuinely don't see the mental load we carry. Do please also share how you're feeling with your O&G or doctor at your next visit, because persistent anxiety during pregnancy is something they can properly support you with, and you deserve that care.
