Sayang, cramps dan lenguh pinggang tu memang boleh happen dalam early pregnancy, tapi dengan situation mu ni, tak nampak heartbeat lagi at 9 weeks, definitely kena follow up dengan specialist cepat. Jangan tunggu 2 weeks kalau rasa anything changes or bleeding. Better call the clinic and see if boleh move earlier, okay? A few of my mum friends pun pernah cramp macam tu, but each pregnancy is different. The safest thing is to get proper scan and expert check. Mual tu normal, tapi the heartbeat part tu kena monitor closely. Hang in there, and keep that referral appointment!
