Aww sabar ye mama, constipation dengan skin tag tu memang boleh bikin baby uncomfortable dan nangis. Tapi since you dah ada referral ke paediatric surgeon, yang penting now is to focus on softening baby's stools dulu so dia tak sakit when passing motion, that's the priority before the appointment. Suggest you speak to your GP or paediatrician THIS week (jangan tunggu lusa je) about laxatives or stool softeners yang aman untuk 9-month-olds, sebab if constipation gets worse it can make the skin tag area more inflamed and painful for her. Few of my mum friends yang experience similar, they said the paediatrician or surgeon can advise best, some cases improve on their own once constipation is managed, some kena minor procedure, tapi kena consult dulu. Don't rush into worry about what needs to happen; get professional eyes on it asap so baby comfortable. Ignore the blame game from hubby lah, this happens, not your fault!
