Hey Tia! Congrats on your pregnancy! Honestly, twice or thrice a week should be fine, maraming mommies namin dito do the same kasi mas gentle rin sa skin lalo na pag pregnant, and your OB will tell you anyway kung may specific concerns sila sa case mo. Best pa rin na i-confirm with your doctor next visit para sure, kasi bawat pregnancy talaga ay iba, but from what most of us experience, that frequency is totally okay!
