VITAMINS FOR PREGNANT

Hello Mommies, ask lang po if meron sa inyo nagtatake ng conzace while pregnant? Currently 4weeks 5 days. Im taking folic acid, aspirin and conzace (as per ob naman continue to take ko lang po to) kaya lang may mga nababasa ako na wag daw magtake ng high dose ng vit a,c and e. And meron po ba kayo marecommend na mga vitamins na pwede itake 😊 thank you.

Hi mama! Since your OB specifically told you to continue taking conzace, I'd trust that, doctors prescribe it kaya alam nila ang safe dosage for pregnancy, hindi naman sila magbibigay ng harmful stuff. A few of my mum friends took similar vitamin combos throughout pregnancy based on their doctor's advice, and they were fine. But if you're worried about the vit A, C, E levels, best to clarify directly with your OB so you have peace of mind, they can explain exactly kung bakit okay ang dosage for you specifically.
