STOP TAKING PILLS

Hi mommies! Ask lang po ako if may same case po saken dito na nag stop nang pills last month tapos di na dinatnan this month? Bumalik po sa barko si hubby last month. January 6 po ako dinatnan and January 7 si hubby umalis. Di po kami nag sex. 2 weeks after po umalis ni hubby nag stop ako mag take nang pills. January 6-7 sana expected date nang menstruation ko now pero di pa din dumadating. 1 week na po syang delayed. Is it normal po ba? Thank you po sa sasagot. #advicepls

Hi mommy! Yan talaga ang common side effect pag biglang stop ng pills, ang cycle mo ay kailangan mag-adjust ulit, especially if you've been taking them for a while, kaya ang 1 week delay is totally normal pa lang talaga. A few of us moms I know had the same experience and it took a few months para bumalik sa regular, so don't worry too much about it for now. But just to be safe, I'd still suggest checking with your OB lang para ma-confirm kung normal lang talaga siya o may iba pang nangyari, especially para sa peace of mind mo.
