SSS maternity benefit due to miscarriage
Hi mommies, ask ko lang po if possible ba na magfile ng SSS matben due ot miscarriage pero di mag leave from work? Bago palang ako sa company at wala pa kami accredited leave.

Kung updated naman po ang sss contribution nyo at eligible for matben, then pwede kayo magclaim. Maternity leave is different from vacation or sick leaves, kaya kung eligible kayo for sss matben, dapat allowed kayo for your paid 60 days maternity leave. Kasi basically, si sss ang "magpapasweldo" nun sa inyo at hindi naman ang company. Better po if Mag-login kayo sa sss online account nyo and check if eligible kayo for benefits at magkano makukuha nyo based on your existing contributions. Click nyo po Inquiry> Eligibility> Sickness/ Maternity
