Hi mama! Okay lang, don't panic, brown discharge super common sa early pregnancy, especially if onti lang at after urination mo lang nakikita. A few of my mum friends had the same thing around 6-7 weeks and their babies were perfectly fine, pero sila pumunta pa rin sa OB para ma-check ang heartbeat just to be sure, which gave them peace of mind. The cramping na parang period cramps can also be normal sa first trimester, pero if it gets worse or if you see red bleeding (not just brown), then definitely go to the ER or call your OB agad. For now, I'd say better to get checked by your doctor sooner rather than later, even kung onti lang, kasi they can do an ultrasound and make sure everything's okay, and you'll feel so much better knowing baby's doing fine.
