Aw congrats on the pregnancy, mama! Honestly, marami sa amin na nag-continue ng breastfeeding habang pregnant, and it's generally okay, pero since you're carrying and breastfeeding at the same time, definitely better to check with your OB para makita kung okay lang for you and baby, lalo na if you're feeling tired or if your body's sending signals na kailangan ng adjustment. A few of my mum friends did tandem nursing eventually, pero that's a conversation for your doctor na rin.
