Best Vitamin for Folic Acid

Hi mommies! Ask ko lang if what's your vitamins for folic acid? My doctor recommended me Mamafer (Multivitamins+Iron) and Anmum milk. Just checking to make sure I got the best vitamin for folic acid coz I'm a first time mom. Thanks for your reply.

Yung prescribed ng OB ko, 5mg Folic acid (pwedi mabili over the counter, any brand will work) sa umaga ko iniinom then Mamafer sa gabi (Yung mamafer may 1mg folic acid na po yun which is enough na po pero kung high risk need po higher dose)
