i checked it with google and meron ngang apps for vaccine sched. or you can also try existing apps in your phone like notes/ excel/ worksheet etc to take note LOs vaccination history

Im using Baby Daybook and Baby +. You can input past vaccinations and other stuff like sleep, diapers, vitamins, etc.
