Hey mama, honestly I haven't tried Mama's Choice breast pump myself, a few of us in my mum group use Spectra and Medela, so can't really speak to their spare parts availability! For sterilising every 2 hours though, that sounds intensive lah, most of us just do a quick rinse with hot water between sessions and do a proper sterilise (boil or steam steriliser) once a day, saves time and energy when you're already exhausted. Best to check directly with Mama's Choice customer service or their website for spare parts location, they should be able to point you to authorised retailers in your area!
