I'd suggest calling around the major hospitals in Cavite like Cavite Medical Center or Perpetual Succour Hospital directly, they usually have affordable rates and payment plans din if you ask. One of my mum friends did her c-section sa government hospital and it was way cheaper, pero seryoso, better to compare prices in person or through their billing department kasi may maternity packages sila and discounts if maraming tests pa lang you haven't done. Also check if you qualify for Philhealth coverage, na malaking tulong yan! Good luck, mama, better to get quotes from a few hospitals para sure ka na best deal mo.
