Post Pregnancy Acne

Hello mommies, anybody having break out and already experienced it? I have pimples on my forehead, cheeks and chin suddenly and I don’t know what to do to make it go away 😭 it’s making me feel conscious on my look, to be honest 😔 please share tips if any 🥲
