Hi Mommies! Anong mga exercises ginagawa nyo ngayong nasa first trimester? Ako, nagsearch sa Youtube ng exercises for first trimester. Masaya naman and light lang. Focused sya more sa stretching targeting glutes. Worried ba kyo to exercise this early or better ba na active tayo para hindi mahirapan sa mga susunod na weeks/months?
