What week po kayo nag 4d/5d ultrasound?

Aw, exciting! Most of us did ours around week 28-32 kasi mas clear na ang baby's features and may enough amniotic fluid pa, pero honestly depende sa OB mo and availability ng clinic, I did mine at week 30 and nakita ko na lahat ng details ng face niya, sobrang clear! For prep, the usual lang, hydrate well days before, wear loose clothing para madaling i-angle ang abdomen, and eat something sweet or snack kaya active ang baby para makuha ang good shots; one of my mum friends swears na mag-walk or do light movement an hour before the appointment para lively ang baby sa utz. Some clinics din may specific prep sila, so best to call ahead at i-confirm with your OB. Enjoy it, it's such a special moment makita ang baby's face in detail!
