Sis, please check with your OB muna bago mag-take ng anything, sipon at ubo during pregnancy kailangan talaga ng proper check kasi maraming factors. A few of us here had the same concern, and our doctors were really helpful in recommending what's safe for baby. Wishing you feel better soon!
